Freddy was extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. Freddy made special calls to let us know that new space was available. Then proceeded to shod us the place when we got to his office. He made the whole transaction quickly and efficiently. Very nice person to work with.

UPDATE… I received a call back today for Lisa the Regional Director. I appreciate that she did her research before calling to try to resolve my issue. She was gracious, understanding and very apologetic regarding my experience with her company. As well as the importance of good customer service, and customer retention. I appreciate her speedy response as she was not made aware about this situation until this morning.. Good companies still exist because GOOD PPL are manning the helms.. Thanks again.
