Sholanda was just wonderful. After registering on line and realizing I had questions, I was so happy to reach a human being. She was able to look up a storage unit I rented from you three years ago and confirm the size for me. She kept an eye on an upcoming outside unit and called to let me know it was available, transferring me to it. She answered every question I had with kindness and simply could not have done a better job. Thank you.

The on site manager was great!! I experienced a problem when I called the on call center and made a reservation the person working the site called me because she rented the unit I reserved. This caused me to have yo rent to smaller units. The onsite manager was apologetic and nice in helping me get other storage. I just recommend you call the site directly as opposed to making a reservation.

It’s pretty decent neat with camera security, got a shade , my mother brings me to there and ended up myself got a unit there even I’m from Washington state .. and less traffic roads .. and good people work at the office ..
