Getting a unit was pretty easy over the phone. However the primary email address was incorrect and nothing was mentioned about needing to purchase a cylinder lock. Luckily some was in the office I could talk to and buy one from. Wish this was mentioned over the phone before I purchased a $20 lock that now I have no use for.

My experience with self storage was an excellent choice. Wanda Bartholomew was very polite and she definitely know what she is doing. It was very close and I was able to go in and out with no problem..
