From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and Kimberly took me under her wing and helped me pick a storage unit that was right for me. She was a breath of fresh air in my whole moving process. She took an interest in me and my son all while making sure I was familiar with the policies and contractual obligations. I was in and out in no time and had everything I needed. It was an overall lovely experience.
