I received friendly customer service and the prices are fair. They don't over charge you like most storage units and the staff (Ms. Estelle and Trent) didn't know if a unit would be available when I needed it but they worked hard to have it clean and ready by the time I arrived and it made a world of difference to know that someone cared that I actually got the help I needed and that just made my day!
