Very responsive , manager is very accountable and the facilities are very clean . Only one complaint I have and is about the hand trucks , they are too outdated and have malfunctions .Ā

It was easy to arrange for our storage, and our storage unit is - as advertised - climate controlled and was not too hot even in some very warm weather. The unit is very clean, no dust, dirt, spiders, bugs, etc... Easy to get in and out, and overall a really good value.Ā

They were friendly and it was a simple process getting a storage unit. My only issue would be how hot it is for the inside storage units, but I guess that is my fault for not choosing a temperature controlled unit for my storage. The front desk was great though.Ā
