great service but the unit itself was/is super dirty and NOT 5x5, closer to 3.5x4. feels like false advertising to say 5x5.

Kevin, the Property Manager, was outstanding. It was very nice to feel like a valued customer. I had no questions after he was done explaining every point that needed to be made so that I would understand the process of storing our items.
