Easy as far as online and telephone customer service goes. I completed the form online and submitted and got confirmation however I keep getting email saying I haven’t done some part?

Friendly and highly competent staff. This is our 3rd storage unit. I think that raising prices during Covid is wrong. When we called to rent our third unit we were told that basically everything is being rented. So you don’t have a problem with not enough customers, you have too many customers and yet you raised priced. Unless you lower your prices now that you’re fully booked, we are going to start looking for another place to put our stuff. Great size space. A bit lost at first because I couldn't locate my unit after hours but all is well. I'm a little leary of the unit as I didn't see it before choosing it. It says inside which it is but there a w Holes front outside in which critters can enter. I will be finding away to block as I had a incident not with istorage another competitor in which rodents invaded my property.
