Getting a unit was very easy. Only issue that I had was that I was told by the employee that I would be contacted with all the move in information. This did not happen, instead I was sent an email. This caused undo stress as I kept looking for a call not an email. I am fine with the email I just would have better communication so I would have been looking for it instead of a call.

The crew at my Bullhead City location are great. Friendly, efficient and so very accommodating. Also, the covered parking is perfect for my wooden tiny home!

I appreciate the remote location of your facility. The unit I chose is a bit of a challenge to reach within the building, But that is better for security. Your pricing is far and away better than other facilities nearby.
