Stephanie helped me with efficiency, and quickly took care of all my rental space needs. She had an excellent attitude and I rate her customer service skills as the best!! She took the time to show me to my space, practice my gate access, and make sure I had everything I required to move into my space during after hours. Great place and very secure! Stop making us sit 25 feet away from the person helping us... filling out your paperwork, far more than the 6’ anti-social distancing mandates set by Nevada. Completely unnecessary and we were told we cannot conduct business with you unless we(the consumer) comply!
It was painless. The storage is pricey, but the customer service was good.
Staff beyond nice and helpful.
