The lady in the office is awesome she works hard to make it easy for her customers. However when I told her that the roll up door was really hard to open and if she can get someone to fix it. She said that she would try that she would put the request to have someone come out and see why the door is so difficult to open. She said that the repair request usually is ignored and nobody is sent out. I need that door to a point that I don’t have to struggle to open it

Always a pleasure to rent a storage unit here. Great prices, very clean and customer service is AWESOME.....I’ve rented a few units from them over the years and honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
