After NSP misplaced a $7200 deposit, I decided to withdraw ALL MY FUNDS!!! I cancelled all auto payments. Yesterday, Chris L. - branch mgr. emailed me stating that NSP honored VARIOUS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES and that they he WILL NOT HONOR NSP's policy for such charges. I had to contact the AG, NCUA, and will follow up with my attorney Monday. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES, RUDE, & UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!! I'M GLAD I RECORDED MY CONVERSATION WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER.

A deposit over 7k disappeared & a cash withdrawal was shorted $200. Only banked here 4 years & will ending my association with them.
