we were slated to be on the 2nd floor above the garage - we got moved to the 4th floor where you could still hear some noise. overall average

Perfect for a short stay in Brooklyn. Fun colors and design. Staff was amazing
Rooms relatively large, well appointed (eg plenty of space for clothes), illuminated makeup mirror and in excellent condition. Also good value (through Expedia) for the location. Breakfast was free/included and the components were just what we wanted - fruit, yogurt, cheese etc
Pros. The hotel is at the heart of Brooklyn, conveniently located at the crossroads of Smith St. and Atlantic Ave. Smith St. has Main Street vibes and upscale bakeries and restaurants. Walkable to the Transit Museum and Brooklyn Borough Hall. Breakfast is filling and the rooms are clean. Cons. The bed has pretensions of being a waterbed. Any movement has a ripple effect. Worst. Bed. Ever. If you are not alone. No exhaust in the bathroom and it stinks when used.
