Good location and amenities to
Mod and odd Unwelcoming night manager and closed-looking lobby at 8 pm. Gave me a really weird room across from elevator. Shower had two towels laid over corroded-looking rubber threshold so I didn’t use. Mini bar was 1/3 full. Felt like an all-purpose room.
The room has poor lighting. A clock would have been helpful. The shower temp was hard to regulate
Loved the location, large windows and hotel decor. Breakfasts, meals, snacks, beer and wine selections were very good. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Great hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at the NU hotel. Everything from the lobby to my room was clean. Every staff member was kind, and I had no issues during my stay. I would definitely book again!
Stayed in a queen bed room that was apparently handicap accessible. Bathroom was very nice although the shampoo and lotion containers were not filled. Room was roomy by New York standards. Very minimalist decor. Coffee always available in the lobby
