pleasantly surprised on how wonderful this hotel is. great value, location and service.
The location works for me when visiting my son in Brooklyn. The hotel is generally nice and the staff are polite. The free breakfast is acceptable with bagel, cereals, beverages, eggs, and fruit. Adding an omelette would be a nice upgrade.

The only thing I don't like is that breakfast is always the same. If you have more than 3 days left, they should vary it. It's very boring to eat the same thing every day. They should also be careful to stock the bathroom supplies.
This was not a 4-star hotel. It was a nice 3-star hotel. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine - although it was disappointing to be served Thomas's bagels in NYC. The doors in bathroom didn't close all the way. The beds and linens were fine, but nothing special. I think I just had higher expectations for the luxury level since it was listed as a 4-star hotel. There was nothing luxurious about it.
