Nice neighbourhood but felt this was overpriced for a modest hotel.

Great Brooklyn hotel My 3rd stay at Nu. Location is great for my purposes, easy walking to great shops, dining, parks and attractions (Promenade, Dumbo, Bkln Museum, etc), and easy subway ride into Manhattan. Hotel is always very clean and well run, all staff I’ve interacted with are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selections. Price is great compared to other Brooklyn hotels. The hotel is in an area with good transport links and lots of eateries and shops. I personally prefer staying in Brooklyn instead of one of the more touristy areas like Times Square. There is a complimentary continental breakfast available in the lobby.
While this is not a plush hotel, it is pristinely clean and has just what we needed for an overnight. Great location. Very nice front desk. Highly recommend.
