Efficient and friendly Check in and out went smoothly. I was in early and able to store our luggage until check in time. The Continental breakfast was great and the selections were easy for me to work around food allergies. Any time I find Almond Milk available for allergy needs I am delighted
Loved the breakfast and the treats. Staff always greets me with my name when arriving
The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and well designed for a NYC hotel. The bathroom shower was terrific.

Good Downtown Brooklyn choice. Small, clean, adequate rooms, with small, clean, adequate bathroom. Comes with an enhanced continental breakfast and a few all-day snacks. Staff is quite friendly.
