The location is perfect as it’s an easy walk to family in Carroll Gardens. Our only negative was the unfriendly greeting upon our arrival Sunday evening. I called in advance to indicate a late arrival. When we arrived at 8:45 pm, it seemed as if we were imposing.
Decent, not great, but good location Overall good hotel and stay. Friendly and professional staff. A little run down. Says deep soaking tub but is just a basic tub w no-slip. L'Occitane products! Pillows too large and stiff for my comfort. Great location for going around central Brooklyn and easy subway to Manhattan.
Front desk people were very nice and patient and helpful
My adult daughters’ and I were completely happy with our stay here. We have no complaints.
