It was good and comfortable. Ko complaints at all.
Good choice Good location next to Cobble Hill. European feel. Smallish room but comfortable bed. Overnight staff was very nice. Light breakfast included. Reasonable parking next door. Good choice for a place to sleep but why charge the resort fee? Because they all do.
The doorman was wonderful and checkin was a breeze. Checking out was even smoother. The free breakfast offered is very relaxed and nice I just wish I could've stayed longer.
I love this hotel! The staff is always kind and the rooms are always spotless.
The hotel was three blocks from my daughter which is why we selected it. We were there 5 nights. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable but there was no housekeeping the whole time. We asked for and received clean towels once, a roll of toilet paper once and a hair dryer. My main complaint was about the staff. The women who worked here were very nice and smiled and said hello - the men were surly - one in particular. You would think after 5 days he would at least nod when we came in but he totally ignored... read more
NuHotel is conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn. The rooms are clean the staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Enjoy staying here frequently

Great location, needs some tweaks Generally the hotel was good and my stay was fine. The staff were all friendly and helpful so no complaints there. I really liked the location - great restaurants nearby and the neighborhood was very walkable. My main gripes are some little things that would be easy to correct: 1. there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or coffee accessories provided (cups, sugar creamer, etc) It is a no brainer to have these provided in the room like virtually every other hotel does.
