Quiet. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Convenient to subway.
NU Hotel The hotel was in a convenient spot to shop. Parking by garage next door. Staff(both hotel & garage)/room set up was very nice & is stay here again...My only PET PEEVE....(HAIR ON MY SHEETS!!!!!)
Gem in Brooklyn The hotel staff was friendly and tried to help me with anything I needed. I was there for 2 weeks and had a very pleasant stay. The area was in the heart of a happening area in Brooklyn. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, large room (by New York City standards!), spotlessly clean, great lobby space (tea/coffee/fruit/freshly baked cookies), L'Occitane toiletries delivered in a sustainable fashion. No complaints! Great stay.
First room had loud clunking noise from an elevator,maybe the counter weights hitting bottom? Next room had no heat,only cold air coming from heater.
