We had our consultation and the staff was great. The practitioner answered all my questions and laid out the next steps. I have not received any shots yet because they are checking with my insurance but I do believe that this team here in Berkley (the one off Southfield Rd) are qualified and ethical people. I look forward to the next steps.
The whole staff is knowledgable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor to help you feel at ease. Very informative. The young woman who gave me my shot was so gentle and caring. Would totally recommend this facility to anyone having knee joint problems.
Nu life medical is the best solution for people that have arthritis and knee pain. The Dr. Wanted me to get a knee replacement and I didn't feel comfortable with only a 50 percent chance it would be successful. I went to Nu life clinic and they helped me now I can do everything I couldn't do before. The staff is friendly and professional and scheduling was never a issue. They were wonderful and knew exactly what I was going through with my knee and ankle. They treated me with respect and dignity. The whole experience was wonderful and I can't say enough about them. If you're worried about the treatment don't. It's very pain free. I had a treatment this morning, and this evening I was walking into the kitchen, and realized I wasn't thinking about my knee or my ankle.
Had series of 5 shots and guess what NO PAIN right now but will be back for another series if needed. Everyone in the office are pleasant kind and very joyful to talk to. Thinking surgery DONT try them first is my advice. Thank you guys
