RecommendedWe have been going to Dr Nucci for about 20 years and have always gotten excellent care for our Yorkies. Last Saturday morning we had to bring our fifteen and a half year old for emergency surgery, and expected her to stay for 2 days and pick her up on Monday. By the time we got home from dropping her off Dr Nucci called to tell us blood work showed that her kidneys were shutting down and the possibility of her surviving surgery at her age was not good. RecommendedI have been taking my cats and kittens to Nucci for over 15 years. Not only are they knowledgeable and very professional, I have found them to be truly kind and compassionate in good times and bad. I highly recommend them!
The receptions are rude is my only complaint. And definitely need to invest in a new phone system!! My dog had a scheduled surgery and I was to drop her off at 8:30am. With covid, I call the office upon arrival only to get the error message, “verzion wireless, your call can not be completed...”. I’m thinking their phones aren’t working. A tech is coming in and out helping another car that was there. I FINALLY get through and I tell them I’m here with my dog and she wants to put me on hold.
