The NuFemme staff And doctor are incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I wasn’t sure what to do anymore nothing seemed to work for me! I was constantly exhausted, I didn’t feel good and I continued to gain weight. I made an appointment to see if my hormones being out of balance could be the problem and the right treatment option. I highly recommend the NuFemme Rejuvenation Clinic. The staff are very caring, friendly, supportive & highly professional. With their help, the results that I achieved in a 3 month period was absolutely amazing. I am continuing to lose weight, with their help, & to date I've lost 40 lbs. I feel worse than when I started my roller coaster ride with NuFemme. Customer service is horrible and I DO NOT recommend them. I kept a journal of my entire process/procedures and will gladly share it with anyone that would like to read it. During my last appointment, I was told that Jen would call me with a follow up in a month and then reschedule a follow up appointment. I recently visited the NuFemme clinic and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. I arrived at the clinic ten minutes before my scheduled appointment, filled out a couple pages of paper work and I was taken to a private room within ten minutes! So far, my experience with this clinic has been terrific! The appointments have been right on time, the customer service--upon arriving--have been kind and made me feel welcomed all the way through the services received. The nurse and doctor were extremely professional, explained each step of the process in simple terms that anyone could comprehend and were very patient. The time in and out was estimated exactly as they had discussed with me prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend them and certainly will return!
