Andrea’s demonstration of customer service was excellent. She was friendly welcoming and was determined to provide the best service she could and she did and I applied her for the exceptional service. The person who is also scheduled to meet me. They did not arrive to provide his portion of the examination so we could not complete the process in the future when I need physical therapy. I will definitely return asking specifically for Andrea to provide the services that I need.
The young man was very courteous, knowledgeable and concerned that I was able to use the equipment as it should be.
I have always been treated like family at my local store. They listen to my questions or problems with my equipment. Some is sent to my home to find out the exact issue and usually are able to make the needed repairs.
Josiah and John were great techs . Very helpful and professional. The system in place for scheduling is terrible! Calling in to the local main store and connecting with Maggie was by far a better experience. I got texts that were not accurate . Scheduling is a disaster, but the techs were awesome.
