************Terrible customer service, they do not follow up with anything. If I did not follow up on my own, I still would be in the dark. All they do is make false promises, and never follow through. I have been without my powerchair, for over a month, and still do not know when it will be repaired. iI

Break repair on a heavy, personalized wheel chair appointment is 3 weeks just for an evaluation. We can't transport the chair ourselves so my disabled mother is at the mercy of the company, to wait. That is a major safety issue on the part of Numotion. The wheelchair is also very flimsy. We've had it repaired several other times.

Worst customer service ever! Expect no calls for anything! They do NOT care about their customers. They have no problem sending a bill, but DO have problems talking to their customers. *************** only helps with ********** items...he told me himself, when he delivered a multi thousand dollar power chair to my mom. Not happy with them at all.

Numotion is *****. The service is not good and they filed incorrect expense claim.

This is the email I had to send to this company and called the next day to find out they hadn't even shipped the catheters out!To Whom it may concern, Unfortunately I ran out of my catheters supply due to the poor customer service from ********************** this week, I called on Thursday (Jan 11) to confirm I was running out and could you guys send the next shipment out one or two days early.The representative stated that might be possible based on the insurance qualifications which is understandable. STAY AWAY!! NuMotion has an F rating with the BBB. I could not find a single good review regarding this company. The high pressure, over-priced, and predatory tactics are unethical especially given the vulnerable population that they are supposedly helping. They are a middle-man and up-charge what you can purchase elsewhere for less money. My experience and personal opinion about the management and customer service of ******************************************* since I had my right leg Amputated, making me a bilateral amputee, on November 17, 2021. I finished Rehab at the ***************** on December 5, 2021. They had set up an appointment for me to meet with a Numotion salesman at Rehab. A technician was rude, unprofessional and insulted me during service on my powerchair. Instead of addressing the issue with the employee they refuse to fix my broken powerchair. I am a homeless paraplegic. My chair is my only access to being human and Any mobility.

************** 9/5/23 I have done business with NuMotion for many years and have had the best experience until this year! I received a new chair around June or July and it is falling apart to the point that I am afraid to use it. I have started to use my old chair less than one month after I received my new one. I have called twice and when I went to see the Doctor on August 11, 2023 who requested the chair she wrote an important memo to them and I have received no phone calls to date.
