The process to schedule the initial appointment was good and the technician was very polite when speaking with my wife. Once this step was done and her doctor provided the information needed the parts were ordered. Nothing against Numotion but I don’t understand why I had to pay $180.00 toward the repair. We haven’t had any repairs done to it since we received her new chair 5 years ago. As for the repair it was great and she is very happy with her chair now.
I was so happy with the wheelchair demo that Daniele brought to physical therapy. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with what features would benefit my husband. I am sure the fact that the chair tilts back will help with eating, brushing teeth or just relaxing. Being able to move the armrests will make it much easier to transfer to and from the chair,
Danielle is absolutely the best. So friendly, respectful and encouraging. She not only demonstrated all the bells and whistles, but encouraged and had Al perform them as well. She really showed how the chair would be able to improve Al's quality of life first hand. Can't thank you enough
Drew was professional, but welcoming as well. He entertained small conversation while still being able to grab measurements from my slightly irritable child. He also recommended & helped us choose the best equipment suitable to my child’s needs. Thanks Drew, Hope to see you soon!
Matthew was excellent! He presents himself well, showing up with a very professional appearance and self expectation. He identified the problem with my new (I had it 4 months) power wheelchair immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the products of his industry.
