I really believe Lance, has a great understanding of his position, practice in all he does. He informed me on a lot of matters regarding the use of Medicare as an insurance company. The only thing I can say is if I didn’t need a wheelchair, you can believe me I wouldn’t be in one and driving a mini van. Wesley does a good job, very personable. A couple pieces missing from the motors that need to be brought back to install. Someone who ships out the parts should know that these are necessary. It is a long trip in an aggravation to have to reschedule.

We are so satisfied and happy with our daughters new wheelchair. She loves her chair. She sits in it long without crying to get out after a couple of hours and seems quit comfortable in it. I also want to send a huge Thank You to Mr. Chris Bridgeman for always being very professional and patient and kind and we are truly grateful for him and his wonderful customer care coordinator Ms. Jalissa Jones. And just the whole Numotion team, Ya'll are awesome and we thank you all.
