Numotion was so helpful and always nice respectful people. They have been a big help to me with my disability getting equipment. They always make sure I fit it and adjust everything and if I have any problems they are just a phone call away !!!!

Connie, Kari and Ken were all wonderful to work with. I know Connie and Kari really worked hard to get all the necessary paperwork completed for Medicares approval. Can’t thank them enough for all they did to help keep me independent. I love my new electric chair!

This rating was from the 9/16/2025 repair. A work order was to be submitted for additional work to the chair. The work order was never completed. We contacted Numotion regarding the status on 9/23/2025 to find the order had not been submitted. The technician which worked with us on 9/23/2025 was wonderful at resolving the issue and assured us the work order was to be submitted.
When the order service is not fully completed it should be communicated to us. The service ticket for January 30, 2025 required the replacement of both toe/foot straps and also padded ankle straps. Only the toe/foot traps were replaced. We had to contact your office to advise that the ankle straps were not replaced. Your office did follow up with the service technician and we are now awaiting yet for another appointment to have this done! This should not happen this way!
