Randy worked on my permeable wheelchair today and went above and beyond. John is another technician who has helped me out of a few difficult moments, ensuring I had what was needed to keep my wheelchair running until parts came through. I am truly grateful to have technicians that will go out of their way to help me stay mobile. The process of having an issue with your chair to resolution can be lengthy, especially when parts are needed. I can always say it is a pleasure dealing with Numotion and their staff! Robin goes above and beyond to do what she can to help you through the process, always remaining positive and assuring, and knowledgeable about what features are best for your needs. Stephanie always has suggestions or answers, if not right at that moment then she can find out. I can't recall the name of the guy that brought my chair out but he also brought out my bed.
