Jesus was friendly a pleasant to work with. He was very thorough making sure everything was working properly and adjusted to fit me. The only issue I found after he left was that on tight turns the wheels rub on the footplates which is a design flaw.

Paul was phenomenal at assessing what kind of chair I needed to prevent pressure sores. He, the PT and I worked together. To put together a plan. He also went above and beyond to make sure my arm rests were tightened and at the appropriate height on my existing chair

We talked about the possibility of a custom wheelchair and the ustep walker. Your agent was extremely knowledgeable. I have a very rare disability and don’t live in a user friendly home but your agent gave me some new ideas to consider. She was going to do some research as to Medicare and then have me return to Landon.Center for further consultation and possibly measurements.
