Lauren worked on my wheelchair and improved my ability to sit in my chair better. She was very good with communication during the whole time. I recommend NuMotion for you needs.
The evaluation was easy and took very little time. Jason King, who has been involved in my issues regarding a replacement for my current chair, was the individual who performed the evaluation, and I was pleased to have him on board because he is perhaps the most knowledgeable of my specific physical abilities and the particular needs that I have of a wheelchair.
I have never before experienced the level of outstanding service I received from Numotion. From the ordering stage to the delivery of a motorized chair for my elderly mother in Assisted Living, the Numotion team kept in close contact, kept me apprised with status reports, provided delivery earlier than anticipated, and then worked diligently with my mother to ensure her comfort, confidence and ease with her new chair. Lauren and the whole team at NuMotion were able to help my daughter receive a Gait Trainer through her insurance. Wylie is non-ambulatory, but not for long! They have been courteous, professional, and efficient. We are so thankful!
Jamie with Numotion is the best!! She was a pleasure working with. Always kept me updated on the process , even when she was off work and I didn’t think I would hear back till Monday , she texted me right back! That’s a gem♥️ I love my powerchair♥️
