I switched to NU Motion after being disappointed with another company. My new power chair is exactly like I wanted. It fits me perfectly but they made sure it was user friendly for my needs. Dusty and Brent both provided excellent customer service. I’m over the moon happy with NU Motion.
Numotion is great, I live in California they take very good care of me until I move to Conway they have the best of the best of the best here in Conway please if anybody needs a wheelchair a motorized scooter anything please call Jonathan.. So when it came to installing new tilt cables on my son's wheelchair, David was great. Friendly and quick, and the chair was good as new once he was done. However, the WAIT for the cables was about 5 months (initial visit with a tech to place the order was Nov '24, and it took until April '25 to get them installed), which left my son's chair unstable for all those months. I’m very pleased with NuMotion. The staff came out and did measurements so that I would get the correct power chair. Even when the insurance issued a denial at round one, NuMotion contacted me and said this is normal, but we’re going to appeal it. My heart was overwhelmed with gratification. I was amazed at the different bells & whistles that were on the chair. It was as if someone felt our pain (those in a wheelchair). I will definitely recommend NuMotion to others.
Dusty was very helpful and very nice . You could tell he knew what he was doing. Very informative. I wouldn't use anyone but Numotion. Thank you so much Dusty for everything.
