I was expecting an OEM Permobil charger (10 amps) for my Permobil standing wheelchair F5 but instead got a generic charger by MK with a lower 8 amps rating. The MK charger takes much longer to charge compared to the original Pernobil charger.

Jody was extremely patient and kind. He listened to conversations and picked up information from conversations we were having with the Asante therapist. Explained features of the chair and how they would help Mark. Jody speaks quietly and confidently….with Mark’s Alzheimer’s that was great!! Great chair. Great job !
