You kept calling to set up payment but never sent the bid. You said you would send the copy of the contract you had me sign and never did. Then you said you lost it. When I finally received a copy of the quote it was (third request)“TOTAL DUE FROM CUSTOMER” $363.30. After I gave my credit card to pay the $363.30 I was told I would also be charged $75.00 for 12 months. NEVER WAS I TOLD AND NEVER was I provided ANY documentation about a 12 month rental. Everyone has done an amazing job
There always seems to be a communication issue. The technician was wonderful! Polite and friendly He waited for me to arrive and was patient. But it's the phone calls to set up the appointment and to report an issue w the wheelchair I have a difficult time. The person on the phone has to be reminded several times the client will not be handling his account. There was some miscommunication about what I was being evaluated for, so Marty initially wasn’t going to be there, but then the PT was able to contact him and he joined virtually and he was able to look at my wheelchair to see that it needs to be replaced and what was wrong with it. He took the time to listen to what has worked for me as a wheelchair user and what hasn’t and he included me in the decision making process, which a previous ATP from another company who now works for NuMotion didn’t do. It's really great!
Work was completed well, however, caregivers had to haul the wheelchair into a service center 2-miles away to have repair made. The other option we were given was 60+ days out. Apparently, this was do to a technician staffing issue.
The representative, Ian, was very knowledgeable. He explained everything well, and answered all of our questions.
