Have been trying to get a wheelchair since June 1924. One mistake or incompetence after another. The most frustrating company I have ever encountered in my life. First to order the approval, then they couldn’t get the order right a number of times. When it was finally delivered, it was broken. Then they ordered apart when the part came it was the wrong part.
