It was easy to schedule the tech to come out to my son's Day Support to determine what was wrong with his motorized wheel chair. Numotion staff took care of getting the doctor's note and medicaid approval and the part was back quickly. Easy to schedule replacing the old parts with new ones at Day Support, again. Everything went very smoothly!

I have been a numotion client for over 5 years now. Since it has been over 5 years I requested a new chair as mine has been well used on a daily basis. I cannot thank the entire team enough for all they did to make my new chair possible.
