Gradie has been exceptional in responding to my questions. Andy was very informative about what I might need in a mobile chair. He and the physical therapist were able to communicate wonderfully and understood my physical needs more than I did. Andy came to my home and they made it possible for me to use video chat to work with the out of town PT center. I love Numotion you guys are so awesome and getting me the chair I need for my disability and this is why I keep using Numotion because if I ever have problem your here solving the problem which I really haven't had any issues with you guys in a very long time now and yes I am very happy with my chair I have this time and especially love the adaptor to charge my phone now that was a surprise and now I don't have to look for ways of charging my phone when I am out and about so Thank you guys for thinking of that and also the... read more
