Gradie has been exceptional in responding to my questions. Andy was very informative about what I might need in a mobile chair. He and the physical therapist were able to communicate wonderfully and understood my physical needs more than I did. Andy came to my home and they made it possible for me to use video chat to work with the out of town PT center. Most importantly to me is that they understood how hard it is for me to discuss my medical conditions and limitations and they did not push me even when I could not remember... read more
