I am forced to pick a star. This place has gone downhill every year for the last 10 years. Unfortunately it's the only wheelchair company my insurance uses. Half the time they lose the paperwork, you have to stay on top of them because they will not do their jobs. Now they have, what they refer to as upgraded, is a new system completely computerized.
