They were very courteous as usual. They’re trying new things to help give my husband, a quadriplegic, some independence. That day was crazy with wind blowing so hard we lost our power. They used their flashlights on their phones to calibrate the computer to drive the wheelchair with his eyes. So, so neat! They were very very nice!
Debbie was wonderful!! She was very thorough with my aunt and made her feel very comfortable. Also was great at explaining what product would work the best for her. Very knowledgeable AND personable. The PT Megan was also super. Very detailed and knowledgeable. I loved the fact they were both gentle when performing their evaluation. So many people are so aggressive when dealing with older people.
The gentleman that came by to repair my chair had to put several parts on was very informative, very nice, very cordial, and very professional! He was a very good example of what an employee for Numotion should be!

Just got my new Permobil W/C. The best W/C around provided by the best company in the Amarillo Area who provides W/Cs. Susan was great in getting all the paperwork through the system in record time, and Debbie was great in the initial Set-up and then bringing the chair directly to my home and making sure I understood the differences between this chair and my old chair.
