Numotion has been great. The hospital messed up and sent my order to the wrong place twice delaying the process by almost three weeks. I contacted Numotion Johnson City location and Haley expedited the process, located my order from the doctor and entered me into the system. Within 3 days Shawn came to the house and took me thru the process step by step. He was thorough with his evaluation of my needs and assisted with the PT evaluation. well Rocky did good but the appointment with the TeleHealth with the therapist was way off schedule and there was a lot of confusing over that aspect of the evaluation.
