Our family has a child with cerebral palsy and we have been using NuMotion for years. We've received three wheelchairs and a gait trainer. Lynn, our salesperson, is fantastic about determining the most appropriate piece of equipment and any necessary modifications. These people are horrible. I worked with them for six months until my wife died. They don't return phone calls or texts. They let orders set for months without action and then lie about it. They used the wrong SSAN and then blamed it on my wife. I even left messages for a manager at both the Corporate Office and the Indianapolis store. Neither were returned. Stay away from these people.
