I would never go to another pain management clinic.
He has always nailed the problem and I've never walked out not feeling better.
This M.D. is about the money and not the patient. Shultz runs a human spine mill clinic. You are in and out. Shultz shows no compassion for his patient's. I had learned what he did to me from another M.D. He had done several injections that had made my condition worsen! He kept on ordering injections that were high risk and unnecessary. I have suffered terribly and I have to live with the consequences. I trusted in him. Do your research! There is a reason that his ratings are low!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been a patient for 4 years following a car accident, & now endo. I feel like all the sudden they need referring dr’s from years ago? Asking for co-pays I’ve never had? Long wait times & frustrated staff. Clearly unorganized. I feel like a # and like my pain isn’t being dealt with as it should. Plus, all the sudden i have a balance i was unaware of? What is going on!! Unimpressed.
He runs a pain mill, they run people in and out and you feel like a number. No relief from pain and no recommendation for PT. We finally went to United Pain clinic, and no pain!
Distracted, rude and zero personality. Struggles with even rudimental patient care and is incapable of lucid conversation. He cannot even pretent to have any empathy. He belongs behind the curtain.
I tried to commit suicide for not being treated for my Intractable pain. I had rods sticking out my spine post fusion with horrific levels of pain completely disabling, Osteoporosis, collapsing spine. I took more morphine than prescribed because morphine did not work well for pain for me and was given 15 methadone and said I had hyperalgesia and left me there. I could not find a pain clinic accepting new patients. I now have a morphine pain pump and being treated humanely. Send no loved ones.

I has previously had another Dr. doing my injections with not great results so I told the PA I wanted to try another doctor. She recommended Dr. Schultz. First impression was not very warm or comforting interaction - actually, rather cold. He did 8 facet injections in my thoracic region. I got a splitting headache that lasted for 10-11 days. I have had many injections and have NEVER had any bad reactions like this. Then I got shingles thanks to him! He used a different steroid than I had before
