Communications with the office were sporadic and slow. Once the work began it seemed to be quick and over in two days. A few obvious things not completed correctly and put back the way it was before the job. When pointed out got an answer of “oh no it was already like that.” House was for sale and once the buyer inspection reviewed the work several more not as obvious shortcuts were pointed out. Over ten years ago I had my roof and gutters replaced by Nushake. Recently a section of gutter came loose. Even though the warranty on labor was no longer valid, Nushake fixed it free of charge! So awesome!!

This was the second house I have had re-roofed by Nushake and each time they have exceeded my expectations! The office staff is amazing and the workers are so professional. I can’t recommend them enough. My roof looks amazing, they were clean and communicated well with me every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier.

NuShake came out to our house and removed the old roof installed the new roof with all the trim and the aluminum around the vents and it looks brand new. They did it all in one day and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Mark from NuShake came out to look at a leak showing up in the garage. He took care of the problem on the roof in very little time. He was professional and honest. I had NuShake in the past with the same good service which is why I called them again.
