Our technician was a 10/10. He was super respectful of our no shoes household. He was able to identify an issue with our overall water pressure (definitely not part of his job) and helped my wife fix the issue.
Richard Luna did a great job! Excellent customer service. But Ben was our installer and he was just an amazing human being. I had a wonderful time enjoying his company and learning about our new system. This man is so good at his job. I was 100% satisfied with Ben.as our installer. I wish I knew his last name so I could give him his own 5 star review as an installer. It is so nice to have high quality help with these important little things.
Terrible experience and customer service all around. Very displeased with this system and the way they handle issues. Our system was installed and immediately had major issues the literal day after installation. The person who installed it said it should be working fine after 30 minutes to an hour. That was not the case, the water would run out after 30 seconds of being on after we were told it could produce 50 gallons a day. The water was also cloudy. The water would spurt aggressively out.
