Friendly and very helpful staff. They listen snd answer all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Pirnazar is a wonderful doctor. He did my mom’s and my husband’s cataract surgery and the results were terrific. When my time comes for cataract surgery, there is only one doctor I would consider.
In answer to your question "How can we improve the experience next time in a manner that would merit 5 stars?", I should inform you that a large portion of my withholding that 5th star is the price charged for the surgery. I believe that a customer or patient must consider price in determining overall satisfaction with a service or product being reviewed. It is always a great experience to go to Dr. Pirnazar’s NVision office. Dr. Pirnazar and staff are very friendly and professional and caring that makes the visit that much more enjoyable. Dr. Pirnazar is very caring and makes sure the patient needs are carefully monitored and addressed in the best way possible.
Very courteous, professional and caring staff. Dr. Raoof does a great job of explaining what is happening with your vision, and correcting problems when necessary. Both my wife and I believe that she is a first rate physician. The facility has the latest equipment and upgrades it when needed. I highly recommend Invision.
The experience was great until the end of consultation where I had to to talk about the financing and scheduling. I felt like the representatives in charge of financing and scheduling was in a rush to push me out through the door maybe due to her high volume of work. I was very disappointed at the end.
