RecommendedI went to the Appliance Center just to look. I had just bought a home that had a very old gas fireplace insert . I afraid to try to turn it on, with all the dials and the key in the floor to turn on the gas ! I wanted to update but knew nothing about inserts . Christine Upton took pity on me and explained everything ! She contacted the people who came out to measure and who will install the fireplace. I have bought two appliances from NW Appliance Center. The gas fireplace is awesome and the new Miele dishwasher is wonderful. Hats off to Trevor for great customer service & follow up.

Trevor spent plenty of time with my wife and me discussing a gas fireplace insert. He proved to be knowledgeable, knew his products and was never pushy.
