I went to the Appliance Center just to look. I had just bought a home that had a very old gas fireplace insert . I afraid to try to turn it on, with all the dials and the key in the floor to turn on the gas ! I wanted to update but knew nothing about inserts . Christine Upton took pity on me and explained everything ! She contacted the people who came out to measure and who will install the fireplace.
