Still haven't decided who is going to install the water heater as it will ultimately come down to cost. NW Sundance Services was very friendly and helpful, providing good information for my project.

Wes gets extra points for being willing to do a service call on a Sunday! He was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional, and did an excellent job of explaining the issues and providing information on options. A nice guy and I will definitely use him in the future!
NW Sundance is the most honest, professional, prompt, and courteous contractor service my wife and I have used since buying our house 2 years ago. Even when our hundred year old bungalow revealed snags and complications that drove up the cost and comlexity of the project, Wes stuck by his original bid and still finished on time. We will be using NW Sundance for all future plumbing projects.
Wes was fabulous! He was prompt, efficient, neat.. and he got along with my crazy dog - even after dopey dog barked at him! Yes, it was a good experience overall. I would highly recommend Wes for his services.
The plumber, Wes Beason, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and quickly assessed my plumbing needs. He produced an estimate, which, while not low, was well within the reasonable range. He then departed, briefly, to procure the necessary parts, and upon returning completed the project in about 2 hours time. Wes was courteous, and answered all of my questions in a forthright manner. I recommend him.

Prompt same day service. Moderate pricing, cleaned up after project was complete. Only down side 2 holes were cut into the ceiling.. Only the smaller hole was needed for repair. Very polite and efficient.
