Excellent dentists and staff, and very nice and relaxing dental office. I've been going for a few years now, and love them. Highly recommend them to anyone in NYC.
Superior service and friendly staff don't even begin to describe Dr. Krochak and staff. The most amazing part is being totally comfortable in spite of my dental phobia. If that isn't enough, I felt no pain after a root canal and several cavities being taken care of.
Looking for a great teeth cleaning or need to take care of a dental issue. NYC Smile Spa is the only choice. Their staff is professional, there is no wait time and you will wonder why you ever had a fear of the dentist.
I truly love this place. After going to two other dentist offices within in a week because of my severe pain. The third was finally a charm. Thanks to my co worker whom commended me to them. i will never go to another dentist office again. This office and i mean all the staff members and Dentists are sweet and actually care about how you feel and create a treatment plan to prevent damage to your teeth in the future. I could not asked for a better Dentist. I have a phobia that is due to a bad childhood dentist incident that causes me to faint about 80% of all the times I visit the dentist. I have not been able to maintain my smile due to the fact that I can't get any treatment done. I have tried about 25 other places until I found NYC Smile Spa.
