Waited 10 minutes before an attendant greeted me. Waited an additional 30 minutes without further contact. Only two people visible working. Two cars in bays four other cars waiting. I left. You need to hire more staff! I've had years of excellent service from Oilstop prior to this.

This carwash re-branded and it looks fabulous! The attendent, Keven, was super nice and helpful. We signed up for monthly service and got the first month for $1!

We were due to drive over the coastal mountains in a day and I hadn't gotten an oil change in a while. I found this place via Yelp and called about their availability when they opened. It was early enough and a usual workday so it wasn't crowded when I arrived, I was able to pull straight in. They got started after about five minutes when they finished with the vehicle already in another bay (they have three bays). This morning (4/8/23) stopped in for an oil change. There were 3 bays open - each bay had a car being worked on. Bay 1 (near bldg) had two cars waiting. Middle bay had one car waiting. Last bay had one car waiting. The wife & I pulled in got behind Prius waiting in last bay. Sat there for 20 minutes while we ate our bagels. Employee working on the waiting Dodge Fairlane in middle bay walks over to us as the car in our lane being worked on gets done and pulls out. I stumbled into this place on accident and left very happy! This Oilstop recently opened in place of a previous business that I used to do my oil changes at. I know nothing about my car and the previous place I went to never told me anything, they just changed my oil and I left. Cody, the manager at Oilstop was very informative, kind, knowledgeable and showed great leadership qualities. Went for a wash on Sunday and noticed the new ownership. Signed said $18.99 and up for a monthly pass. There was a young man at the payment machine who told me the wash was free today for the grand opening. I inquired about the monthly program and he did not know. Finally told me to enroll online. I called my husband to bring our other car for the free wash which he did.
